Who We are
We are the team of business consultants with strong records of profesional experiences as line managers. Every team member experience and knowledge has been carefully and in details verified by us. Our managers combine years of practice with the unique knowledge gained in various areas and ability to work in international and multicultural teams. The wide knowledge and experience is efficiently used in our work. We are happy to share and enrich it with new elements within every new project.
What We do
In our work we combine the Theory of Constraints and Lean Management tools in order to help our clients to build the competetive advantege. To achieve best results in a given period of time we join our clients organisations and act as an Interim Managers leading the teams and projects, beeing fully responsible for tasks asignment, employees development and results delivery.Once appointed as Interim Managers, depending on the goal which has been set to achieve, we start to implement the change in the company. The approach based on Theory of Constraints consists in general of 5 steps: (1) Identifiify of constraint; (2) Exploit of the constraint; (3)Subordinate & synchronise to the constraint; (4) Elevate the performance of the constraint; (5) Repeat the process. Beeing keen on standarisation, in the course of our management assignment, we do implement main Lean Management techiques: 5S, Work Standarisation, SMED, Kaizen and others.
